Visual Safety Check: A visual safety check will be completed to check for any weapy joints,  corrosion, flue inspection and all other visual aspects to make sure everything is working as it  should be. 

Flue Inspection: The flue will be checked extensively to make sure that there is no corrosion or  any signs of wear and tear that could cause combustion or venting issues. 

Gas Pressure Checks: We will check to make sure that the boiler is receiving the optimal input of  gas from the meter. Too much gas or not enough gas can cause the boiler to burn more fuel and  or increase energy bills. 

Combustion Analysis: By carrying out a combustion analysis, the engineer will have an overview  of the performance of the boiler’s combustion. We will check that the emissions are burning  correctly and make any necessary adjustments.

Gas Flow Rate: We perform a gas flow rate check to make sure your boiler is burning the correct  amount of gas and that you are getting optimum performance from your gas appliances. 

Internal Safety Devices: We check the correct function of the built-in fail safes to make sure they  will trigger if a major fault arises.  

Completion: Once our engineers have completed their checks they will either issue your Gas  Safety certificate or discuss with you their findings and the best way to rectify any issues
